All work so hard to look after each and every person in their care. Celebrating birthdays and anniversaries even during covid to make sure no one feels forgotten.
We placed our mother in their Langley Seniors Village facility last December. I have been impressed with how supportive and understanding the staff has been at balancing safety protocols alongside individual and family needs during these unprecedented Covid-19 times.
NOT a location of a retirement community. This is just advertising, showing up as a Living Community only to get you to click on their website. They have NO facility within an hour's drive of this location. If this is their approach to obtaining customers, BEWARE !
Do your research before placing a loved one in the care of ANY seniors home. This one, in particular has a grim track record, and are under investigation. The charges are abysmal. I wouldn't allow any of my loved seniors to even LOOK at this for profit, foreign company.
