We engaged Savannah of Retirement Care Solutions to find a suitable retirement village after our own efforts were not successful. We found Savannah had a wide knowledge of the industry and escorted us around a number of facilities by collecting us and returning us home. To navigate what I would call the convoluted Aged Care system on your own particularly during a highly emotional time is almost impossible. We were caught off guard when our brother was suddenly admitted to hospital and remained there for some time. Five Stars to Savannah and the team at Retirement Care Solutions. During an especially challenging time with our Mum, Savannah provided clear, thorough and gentle guidance for supporting Mum into an aged care placement. She was like our third sister.
