So thankful that they are always there for us retirees, even in those unfortunate moments, when we don't understand something, and unfairly fuss at them, about it, which is not right. I apologize for doing that, and promise to do better in the future. Thank you for helping us members, and representing us with more class, than I have.
As a State Retiree, they have never helped us with anything. When I contact them with an issue they don't even respond. They are very interested in the Legislative happenings, but not individual Retirees.
