Not sure how this company has any good reviews. My disabled father was talked onto signing a reverse mortgage on his house. From the beginning I felt like this was a bad decision, and was worried they would take advantage of my father in a desperate situation. Well, now that the paperwork is signed and interest is owed, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGES OR CALLS! The EBook which was supplied was very helpful and answered many questions. Of particular importance, it detailed options available either pros and cons for each. A very useful read for anyone considering a reverse mortgage.
