Excellent end product but having deficiencies completed in a timely manner was extremely frustrating. Since they do not permit a holdback, there is nothing that you can do but wait. It took approx 1 yr to complete our deficiency repairs. Repairs to the community gates are extremely slow with multiple breakdowns making access to the "Gated Community" available to anyone. On the plus side, great neighbours and Community spirit.
