its my first week here. have 2 children & my a/c is broken during the heat wave. cant get ahold of anyone , no emergency line to contact. im really upset

I have lived at Sophia’s place East for over 10 years. The office personnel are professional, friendly and helpful. The maintenance men are fantastic. Have always fixed issues timely and so friendly. My only small complaint is I think they raise the rent a little high each year. But I enjoy living here and location is perfect for me Helen
