I’ve sent several people to rethink over the years, and every one of them has benefited significantly. It’s so hard to find a mental health provider that both takes insurance AND actually calls back - and rethink does both. But it’s the intake team and the therapists who really take it over the top!
Rethink Therapy is an excellent place to receive services. I’ve known the owner for years and can confidently say she is both ethical and deeply committed to mental health care. She genuinely cares about the people she serves and the quality of care her team provides. I would recommend Rethink Therapy to my friends and family without hesitation.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had trying to get services started for our daughter. From the very beginning, communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. We were told we needed to complete intake paperwork before any appointments could be scheduled; however, the employee was already provided our daughter’s birthday and could have disclosed upfront that there was no availability for her age group before having us proceed with paperwork. Very nice and clean office. The staff there is wonderful! Super helpful and answered all my questions! They also got back to me in a timely manner which is such a nice change of pace from my previous experiences with other facilities.
