WK turned me over to Retail Merch after missing 1 1/2 months now they have ruined my credit! I've been making monthly payments and my credit report shows $0 for monthly payments and leaves a derogatory remark every single month even though I pay $50 - $75 a month! Absolutely insane when your trying to rebuild your credit!
Trying to get ahold of anyone is like pulling teeth, the only bright side was the lady who answered was very kind and helpful. 1 star cause it took me a week literally calling every hour with no one calling me back to get a hold of anyone
This place is unorganized or just basically scamming people. I had the same person from this company call me within a years time frame -same person- getting payments from me for a medical bill which I paid down $900. This lady offered me a settlement of 400 basically half of what I owed in which I agreed and paid $100 four times. I’ve started trying to buy a house and notice this is still on my credit so I call and they have “no record” that I settled and paid off my debts and offer me to settle again. This is the most trash company i everrr worked for ! Upper management is shady but play like they really mean you good. Never worked for a company that make you pay for parking MONTHLY. My main problem was with snaggletooth/mush mouth Danielle (collections supervisor). Danielle will micro manage you. She nosey.
