I have relied on Resurgent for many years during my triathlon career. It is invaluable to find a PT that you trust and understands sports injuries. Most recently I worked with Dr. Alex regarding a swimming injury, and she was amazing! She offered a lot of exercises to help with both my shoulder and lower back to get me back in the water quickly. Highly recommend Resurgent and especially Dr. Alex!
I grew up excelling in multiple sports, staying uninjured, winning championships, and breaking records throughout high school. Really great working with Dr. Mike! I’ve had Some chronic back issues, including a herniated disc. The sessions were very thorough and helped alleviate pain as well as helped me gain strength in order to prevent future injuries. Very knowledgeable and friendly environment!
I came to Resurgent (and to Diana) after years of chronic hamstring strains, followed by PT that often worked in the short term but the injury kept recurring. Diana performed a run analysis that was the most extensive I've received, and identified small things that created big problems in my running. They solved a complex mystery and I am so thankful for the analysis that went beyond the "usual suspects" and found the true root causes of my injury.
