Really great working with Dr. Mike! I’ve had Some chronic back issues, including a herniated disc. The sessions were very thorough and helped alleviate pain as well as helped me gain strength in order to prevent future injuries. Very knowledgeable and friendly environment!
I came to Resurgent (and to Diana) after years of chronic hamstring strains, followed by PT that often worked in the short term but the injury kept recurring. Diana performed a run analysis that was the most extensive I've received, and identified small things that created big problems in my running. Truly so thankful I found Resurgent!! I've had chronic running pain in my ankle and calf primarily that dramatically flared up right before my marathon this past October. Thanks to this team (I primarily see Mike, but have seen Alex too and they're both great!!) I was able to not only finish the race but PR!! I've now continued to see them for post-race rehab and after just a couple months I've started feeling the most pain free I've felt in over a year!! Worked with primarily Mike on rehabbing from a femoral neck stress fracture and addressing all the weaknesses and biomechanics that likely led to the onset of that injury. Well and truly came back stronger and ended up having my best season ever competing in the sport of triathlon including dropping an 8:35 full Ironman. Mike and the rest of the team at Resurgent have been instrumental in making that comeback possible!
