BEWARE!!! Sandi at the front desk is a DECEITFUL, LIAR and it almost cost me $1200.00. They lowered the charges but I still should not be owing anything. Sandi said she was a master at getting more therapy sessions from the insurance company. Only to find out when it was too late that she never called my insurance, she called a third party. When I approached her saying I should owe nothing, She looked and said there was no record of her calling and she could not remember our conversation about me reaching my therapy limit. Jason (Dr Ansari's PA) did a great job identifying what the problem might be, was sympathetic and has been great to work with. I had Dr Ansari do surgeries twice (once for each knee) to fix a torn Meniscus in my knees and in both cases, the surgery turned out great. No issues at all. Dr Ansari and team is highly recommended in my book.
