This is a class operation. They know what they are doing, do it well, and make it as fun as it is productive. They creatively researched and brought in special therapy aids to make my visits highly worthwhile and improved my condition dramatically. Hats off to Jordan and Helena.
After a mid-March shoulder replacement, I visited the Belle Meade Results PT twice a week until today. Because of the surgery and that physical therapy, I have full use of my right arm for the first time in years. The three women at that location, Cheyanne, Jordan and Helana, are bright, competent, engaging and professional. I adore each one of them and admire their ability to ensure an awkward situation stays relatively bump-free. I believe management has set that situation up to fail, but the three of them are succeeding.
Life changing! After physical therapy with Helana I am renewed. I came in with a sprained left ankle and a right fractured knee. Helana showed me exercises that strengthened my muscles and relieved my pain. I am motivated to continue my exercises at home. Helana helped me walk again!
