I had my first physical therapy session today with Shivani Patel for my shoulder injury, and she was wonderful. She took time to understand my pain, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. I can already tell she’s dedicated and genuinely cares about helping her patients recover.
The staff was absolutely wonderful. Erin and Shivani got my shoulder back in action much earlier than anticipated. It was my first exposure to physiotherapy and I was happy with the results. They took the time to understand and address my concerns. Thank you to the team.
The people who work at the Allen location are all absolutely wonderful. I'm taking off stars because I felt a bit hoodwinked by the company in general. I was told the amount to pay per visit and paid it in full after each visit. It was only after I stopped therapy (which went on for 4.5 months), that they sent me a very large bill saying that I owed more than they had estimated. Had they told me I would have had to pay more during that 4.5 months, I would probably have decided to go somewhere more affordable. I feel like the... read more
