Staff was friendly and competent. Helped strengthened my knee and made it more functional. 10/10 service.
Update: After seeing my review, they reached out to me, looked into it, and corrected their error and refunded my payment for the additional charges, so I have changed their review to 5 stars. So grateful that they were so responsive, and I can now give them the 5 stars they deserve for their clinicians! The people who work at the Allen location are all absolutely wonderful. I had my first physical therapy session today with Shivani Patel for my shoulder injury, and she was wonderful. She took time to understand my pain, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. I can already tell she’s dedicated and genuinely cares about helping her patients recover.
The staff was absolutely wonderful. Erin and Shivani got my shoulder back in action much earlier than anticipated. It was my first exposure to physiotherapy and I was happy with the results. They took the time to understand and address my concerns. Thank you to the team.
