I was on this diet for 6 weeks and lost 20 pounds of fat. My blood pressure dropped, and is now 125/80. I have never been hungry, and for the most part kept my energy level. It has been an amazing experience, and would recommend this program to anyone wanting to lose weight and not feel the discomfort of being hungry all the time.
