Valerie is amazing! I have struggled to lose weight due to my sweet tooth and it was only getting worse the older I got. I was sick of the yo-yo diets and tablets that never worked long term. After 2 sessions with Valerie, the hypnotherapy has made it so easy to resist the temptation to eat sweets.
