I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from this company. My dresser was picked up on March 30 and I have not received any response to my inquiries since April 1 from Melissa. I have called over 10times AND sent texts and its been radio silence from Restore US Cabinet. This is not the way to conduct business. I was told it would be 10-12 days to complete. It has been exactly 3 weeks and I haven’t received any response to multiple calls and texts. PLEASE CALL ME BACK!
Restore us cabinet did a wonderful job of restoring my old furniture and making it look as good as new. Their professional Ron was great - punctual, helpful and highly skilled. Company was also great in adjusting to any special requests. I would highly recommend this place for any furniture restoration needs.
Honest and upfront even when I didn't really want to hear it but at the end of the day. Finished the job and I am happier than ever. Already have them working on another project of mine. Quality work and service highly recommend them.
