I have gone to the Fitness classes, had Massage Therapy and Acupuncture. I have also rented their meeting space. All of the services are excellent. You walk in and it feels like home -- a very comforting and peaceful atmosphere. The prices are excellent and you don't feel like a number when you come. They don't rush you out and yet they respect your time too. I like that. The Core PiYo is great for all ages and fitness levels and yet challenging for a great workout. I saw Dr. Nilou Zahedi a couple times within a two week span. I was hoping to get relief on the upper back pain I was experiencing but instead, I ended up leaving with worse pain then what I started with. . My first appointment with her wasn't too bad. She "adjusted" me using some type of tool that sends vibrations along the spine. It's a very unpleasant feeling especially when used on the head.
