This helped tremendously with my neck and shoulder pain. I am able to lift my arm above my head now.
I came into see Lindsey for a partial meniscus tear that I had been dealing with for quite a while! Within two sessions my knee felt 80% better- pain was gone but swelling remained! After two more sessions I can say I feel so much better!! I have no more pain! My range of motion has significantly improved and I’m moving far more fluently!! Counterstrain therapy took me over the hump- where I’m not constantly feeling pain my knee!! Thank goodness for Lindsey!! What a blessing she is!

Love this place for my kiddos! They have worked miracles! I called when we were in a desperate place for my kiddo and no other treatments had worked. The treatment worked! And I can tell when my kiddo goes one day with missing a juice too!
