I literally came crawling to Restore (via a friend) after a hip injury, plantar fasciitis, not one but two gnarly rolled ankles, plus muscle and joint pain. I received a detailed consultation and a personal plan. The mobility exercises are passive yet highly effective. Make sure you do the CARs! Highly recommend! I would say I'm 90% pain free and working on the remaining 10% 🤸♀️
Rude and passive aggressive stff when calling to enquire this week. Dont reccomend.
Great staff support
Wow, this place is so unexpected as it is surrounded by semi industrial buildings. Inside so relaxing and fresh, staff are caring and attentive. Was seeing Osteopath, whom took the time to listen first and help figure out best way forward for treatment. Love there is a rehabilation gym to help with physical well being.
