Restore Pelvic Health & Wellness has made a huge difference in my life! Many of my friends who are my age have been excepting that they need to wear pads for urinary issues. Not me! Thanks to Jenna I have learned how my body works and how to strengthen and control my body so I can continue to feel young and not give in to problems many of my friends have. I wish every woman knew the things I have learned, no matter their age!

Pelvic floor therapy truly should be part of every woman’s postpartum recovery! I am so thankful for Geeta and her team for all the support and encouragement! Pelvic floor therapy was a game changer for me! My only regret is not seeing them for my first two pregnancies! Everything you work on is so data driven! They give you exercises to follow each week so you become stronger! 10/10 recommend!!! 5 stars!!!!
