I have had lower back pain for many years. I had been diagnosed with osteoporosis in my lower spine 20 years ago and I always thought my pain was due to that diagnosis. For years I took NSAIDS to help ease the pain. I finally decided to try PT. Dr Makayla helped me so much over the course of several months. Between dry needling and exercises that strengthened my lower back muscles and glutes, I progressed to not having any lower back pain. Kelli and Jessica have been wonderful in my PT journey. I have problems with my low back and neck and the time they took to listen and understand my problem was a blessing. I received a lot of knowledge and Exercises to help. I would definitely recommend them!!
