I have been coming to Kathy for about a year now. She is incredible at helping you with problem areas and teaching you to listen to your body. Kathy gives a fantastic massage. Going to Kathy is a regular part of my self care and she has made a huge impact for me. My shoulders are arthritic and I had very limited mobility with them. She has worked to help me and now I have normal movement and no pain. I highly recommend Kathy as she has done an amazing job for me.

I started seeing Kathy a number of years ago for lymphatic drainage. I had no idea at the time that that service was just the tip of the iceberg of skills that Kathy possesses.
