Had a great experience at Hyper Wellness while visiting Reno for my brother’s wedding. I did two vitamin infusions—one to prepare for the wedding and another for recovery—both were well done. I also did hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which I regularly enjoy, and had no complaints there. This was my first time trying cryotherapy, and I did the full three minutes—an incredible experience! I did the toning sessions and paid a lot of money for it. I kept asking for the pictures throughout the time frame and at the last session. they never sent them or answered any of my emails or phone calls. same thing happen with the test for deficiencies. they said they would get my results within a week and then gave no updates for over two weeks.
Thank you for a pleasant experience. I went to Restore Hyper Wellness Thursday after a miserable Weds. experience at LifeDrip. The staff at Restore are lively and cordial. I appreciated the sense of urgency by all persons, especially the nurse. She was attentive, efficient, and performed confidently and competently. I also like the discount offered to first time members! Yet, it was the Restore experience (customer service) that made a HUGE difference in my decision to return. I WILL BE BACK. Thank you!
Front-facing employees are great. Back of house and mgmt - not so much. Most importantly, the owner is a chauvinistic narcissist. There are studios that offer the same services with your support going to better places.
I am big fan of the localized cryotherapy. I have arthritis in my lower spine and find it to be very therapeutic and painless.
