WARNING!!! My husband and I signed up in January and were told the membership was $99 for the first month with unlimited services. When our membership renewed the following month, we were charged $165 instead of $99. I called and was told the $99 rate only applied to the first month, which was never explained at sign-up. Later, we had to travel out of state and requested to put our membership on hold. They agreed, but failed to mention that reactivating required paying for another full month of service.
