WARNING!!! My husband and I signed up in January and were told the membership was $99 for the first month with unlimited services. When our membership renewed the following month, we were charged $165 instead of $99. I called and was told the $99 rate only applied to the first month, which was never explained at sign-up. Later, we had to travel out of state and requested to put our membership on hold. They agreed, but failed to mention that reactivating required paying for another full month of service. Charrisa is amazing! I have always had difficulty with IV’s and blood draws. Charrisa got it first try! She is kind, reassuring, knowledgeable and excellent at her job. I even booked another IV!
