Extremely disappointing experience with Restore Hyper Wellness in Westbury, particularly with the way management handled my account. I initially paid for one month of service and later discussed switching to a different, more expensive plan. Before that new plan began, my circumstances changed and I was no longer going to be in the area consistently. Great Experience
The staff is amazing - very attentive and answer all my questions. The facility is always clean and clearly well kept. The services are what I need (though I wish the Hbot was medical grade) and I find scheduling through the app to be very convenient. But its 100% the staff (everyone, but especially Charlie) who make a world of a difference in how I feel about this place and how much I would recommend it (and already have) to others.
