Cianna is the BEST!! She was extremely personable, helpful and educated on the wellness benefits provided by each of the services. I didn’t plan on using any, but after speaking with her I ended up purchasing a couple of different services. All services and staff are five stars!
I usually have a great experience here. The staff are so sweet and I enjoyed my service but this last time I went for an IV the nurse that I had which is the head nurse Karen and the new person she was training. When Karen realized my IV bag was done she told the new person she will removed it. So she ripped off the tape/adhesive dressing that kept the IV in place while the IV was still in my arm. When I say ripped it off, I mean she ripped it off FAST and she said "sorry for the arm hair". I do not find that professional or... read more
