The attention from the staff and their manager is great, very attentive, they explain every detail of their products, the place is very clean and safe.
The staff is amazing and helpful
The staff is welcoming and friendly during services but the moment I tried to cancel my membership everything changed. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last 2 months and finally was able to but they said they have to charge me for another month. I moved out of state but they insisted I HAD to come in the office to fill out a form.
