It is not good, staff does not want to work, we expended 1 hour there and did not get any treatment.
Today I had an appointment for IV infusion, first impression was good, the manager shows the place and gave a good explanation of the equipment's and treatments then we wait for an hour, nurse approached and stated that need NP approval, later came back with a form that a cardiology should fill out, NP never show up to talk to us, she was not busy because my mom was the only client so we consider that is very disrespectful and at least she should check patient health condition in advance and introduce herself and do her job ... read more
