I signed up for a cryotherapy membership at this location with the understanding that I could try it for one month at $99, with the option to cancel anytime if I wasn’t satisfied. Talked me into getting an IV that i didn’t want because they were out of the ingredients I was trying to get. Won’t refund purchase they said was included in membership. Dont waste your time dealing with these people.

Okay I posted a super frustrated review before this and now editing because the manager Michelle reached out and really made things right. The original way things were handled was super disappointing but I will always correct when a company does what’s right. Impressed with the way this was handled in the end.
