There are issues with staff’s communication and timeliness when arriving for appointments scheduled. This is just one instance of many, but I was scheduled for a nurses consultation. The nurse arrived over 10 minutes late (a consultation is 15 minutes, btw) talking about the nail appointment she’d just come from and her weekend plans. Absolutely amazing experience each time I go! So much care taken and everyone is so incredibly kind and gentle! They make me feel loved and cared for to a deep level!
From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I left the experience was fantastic x! 10 out of 10 would recommend
