DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I signed up for a cyrofacial package. i got the 1st facial and every appointment after then was cancelled by them for one reason or the other. The company sends you a confirmation the day before the appointment stating that if you miss the appointment they will charge you 50% but I wasn't notified until 20 minutes before each appointment it was cancelled. <p>Good morning- </p><p>This review / comment is sad, disheartening, and shows zero human compassion. Two completely different situations that were completely out of our control happened ironically, and unfortunately, to the same customer. This past Saturday, our esthetician was rushed to the hospital around 8am, her appointment was at 9am, due to bleeding and cramping - she is due with her first child at the end of this month.
