Desiré is professional and very knowledgeable with that I do recommend 10/10 for all your skin care needs. The facility is clean and up beat the staff was welcoming for an overall pleasant experience
Multiple areas to review. Sadly the encounter is had with the girl at the desk weighs so heavily i have to remove a few stars. The initial welcoming was great. The nursing staff in the back-stellar! The pricing-eh. It seems almost like a pyramid scheme. While other places have a straight price per IV bag, this has a more confusing and "membership" level pricing. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been a great experience for me. I wish I could say it was. It’s not just the West Palm Beach store. The lack of communication about how the points work, especially across the different locations, is really lacking. I’ve spent about $750 so far as a 3 month member and I’ve had four IV drips and 1 infrared. I have 3 drips left with 5 credits left for nutrients. Everything expires at the end of March.
