I came in for my first IV recently. The staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.
Alexis is absolutely the best getting neveskin facials and tone treatments on my stomach !!! She has a gentle touch and very soothing . I look forward to my next visit !!!!
The service was poor and the esthetician was rude and made a prejudicial comment when I asked about it after. My experience was so discomfiting that 7 months later I’m still in disbelief. I had a hydrafacial for the first time here and I noticed that the esthetician didn’t apply the tool to my entire face. They did apply serums/liquids all over my face and they applied the tool to parts of my face, but didn’t cover my entire face with the actual tool.
