Samantha was a great help and very informative, I loved my experience and I am excited to come back.
The Restore Team is always welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable on each of their services. During my first visit, they showed me each of their rooms and explained the benefits of their provided services. I primarily schedule IV drips + facials. I always catch Sam when getting an IV drip and she’s great. I’m never good with needles, but Sam does an amazing job at making me feel at ease! I love the experience plus the staff was very kind and welcoming
Cons: 1. Bri (at front counter) kept attacking me because I wanted to do something nice for Samantha (an IV tech that is clearly a good human) and kept calling my creepy and even said "Your age makes you creepy. There's nothing you can do about it. I THINK YOU'RE CREEPY" and continued on as though we were in an argument or something. Her inability to control herself along with being that comfortable to attack a stranger/client shows she has gotten away with a lot for a long time to act in such a way in public and to speak to... read more
