The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Everybody here is so kind and welcoming, especially Adrian. I had leg compression done that was totally relaxing. I am just going to give it a day or two to feel the effects of it before I go with the program. I would definitely encourage everyone to stop by to see all the different therapies that they offer.
I began going to this place about 6 weeks ago because I am suffering from multiple Autoimmune disorders and have a lot inflammation. I work out 5 days a week and have muscle soreness most of the time. I’ve been doing research and talking to my doctor about various alternative treatments that can definitely help with the severe inflammation. I went here when they first opened up, they were very friendly. Not sure what happened, but Summer is not a kind person.
I was asked not to return to Restore Hyperwellness Norterra after leaving an honest review. Summer, the staff member involved, confronted me about my feedback in a rude and unprofessional manner. Because of this experience, I no longer feel welcome there—despite having spent around $15,000 at this location since it first opened.
