I had an overall good experience with this location. IV nurses try their best but if you get multiple IVs , chances of blood clots are high and you may not be able to get all IVs in the plan. I was able to use all my credits, especially with the included extension that was part of the membership plan. But if you want that same customer again, I feel the company need to be more relaxed and lenient about subscription packages. Disappointed in the fact their packages expire. When I first booked I was under the impression they were good for a yr, and the girl who assisted me said technically they will honor them after so don't worry about that. I wasnt able to go back for 8 months bc u know life happens and they explained they had expired in 6 months not a yr. She was nice to extend them for me for a few more months to what I thought was May, turns out it was actually March so that was my mistake.
