Really nice facility and even better staff running this place - everyone is super kind and accommodating. Whether you have basic questions or you need a few extra minutes in a service, the staff here is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the happiness of their customers/members. Special shout out to Brian - he has been a prime example of why I have had a great experience here and I’m looking forward to trying out new services they have to offer. Great place and the team are awesome..
This was my first time trying cryotherapy and was a little hesitant and scared but the team was very supportive and helpful. The fact that the cryotherapy room has a glass wall where you can see the outside it’s great because it helped me to relax and enjoy the session. A great experience
Love my experience at this location. Staff was awesome, the place was clean, and my appointments were always on time (the longest I had to wait was 5 min). Big shoutout to Brian who initially signed me up for a few months to prep for my marathon. Super friendly and informative!
