I had read some negative reviews about the membership and upon signing up, even asked the manager about it - they said it was all fixed now. I'm into my 2nd month of my membership and already see enough issues to cancel. There's a lot of "small print" restrictions that have you paying more beyond the monthly fee which is probably completely legal on paper but ethically doesn't feel like honest business. Pre-called for my elderly mother and elderly aunt who gets regular IV drip treatments for hydration purposes. I sent all the required paperwork and medical docs they requested and I made sure that they didn’t need anything else since I could not be there with them myself.
