My new favorite spot! I recently signed up for their promo membership and have gotten so much value for my money. If you have an HSA account like myself do yourself a favor and schedule a visit. I workout frequently and always struggled with recovery. This lead to injuries and not feeling 100% the next day at the gym. I been doing Cryo therapy everyday and has been a game changer.
