Buyer Beware! I cancelled my membership back in December. This was completed via Docusign. However, the previous manager left my "case file open" allowing monthly charges to go on and on. After disputing the charges, I received a call from the new manager apologizing for their mistakes. Mind you, I blocked future transactions so naturally they called. Awful experience!! These people are sales people/liars and will completely rip you off. They lied to me about the price of the weight loss IV and after getting it done, it almost was double what they originally quoted me when I first walked in the establishment an hour earlier. I was forced to pay over $400 for an IV that really didn't make a difference at all.
