Cryotherapy makes me feel incredible
I highly recommend Restore Hyper Wellness. Their products are excellent, and the staff is hard working and very professional. Rachael is the manager and she’s always positive, welcoming and accommodating. Shelby is the head nurse who knows her work and does it with ease. Griffin is always friendly and does his job well. Shay and Sadie are the another nurses, and I always feel in such good hands with them. Great Facility, Friendly Staff, and Reasonable Pricing
This has been a game changer for my wellness and recovery. I struggled for a while with back and neck pain being at a desk at all day , and had some shoulder and elbow pain from strength training. Cryotherapy provides me a ton of benefit, giving immediate relief for stiff back and neck. Just a lot more comfortable and convenient than cold plunging. I’ve also had noticeable improvement from the red light therapy on my hair and skin and do think it’s helped minimize nagging injuries associated with my workout routine.
