This company shouldn’t even be in business any longer. They lie to their employees and treat them very horribly. The managing partner of this region is destroying the brand and what they are supposed to stand for. They aren’t even open all seven days of the week anymore because they’re so understaffed. Nicole, the regional manager, refuses to hire new employees to replace the ones that left. This company has such a high turnover rate. What a shame.
I cannot say enough good things about Restore Hyper Wellness in Strongsville - this location has become my second home! The manager, Chrissy, and her entire team have created such a welcoming, caring environment that I find myself spending countless hours here, and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
