I’m very disappointed with my experience with Restore’s membership program. When I signed up, the credit system was explained to me, but it was never made clear that an IV only included two components and that additional components would result in extra charges. Today I was unexpectedly charged $88 because of this. I decided to cancel my membership, which ends in September, but I still have a significant amount of unused credits that I already paid for. Clean environment and they offered water. My experience at this location nearly ended my journey with the franchise. The nurse didn’t have patience either. The reps were friendly. The manager didn’t fulfill the promotion. She didn’t show any interest in my wellbeing or empathy after I had an allergic reaction to a IV infusion, which she told me to come back to do when I came back she told me it was too late.
