Sara, the new manager, is amazing. Even though I don’t have my membership at this location, she still took the time to walk me through everything and made me feel completely comfortable. She clearly loves all the different offerings, and it shows in how she connects with you. The whole experience felt relaxed, welcoming, and genuine. Her energy is unmatched. Highly recommend.
Confused as to why after the account was cancelled since my son will be away, we lost all of his credits. Disgusted. We were told that he can continue using the credits. So if rules changes after cancellation I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company.
Nurse Kate is awesome! My mom does IV therapy and said she didn’t even feel the needle go into her arm! The Paramus team is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all services. Services are performed quickly and you don’t sit there forever. The entire facility/store was super clean!
