We have been a member since 2023. My son fractured his back last year and we pit the membership on hold. Today I found out that your credits expire after 100 days and we have had 24 credits expire since March 2024. I told the lady at the front no one has ever told us that, even when I called in to place his membership on hold and told them why we were doing so. She said well it was in the notice you signed. We have referred lots of business to them, but now will not be.
