I started with the targeted cryotherapy to lessen the pain from a spinal compression fracture. It helped a lot with the pain and allowed me to be able to do things more easily. Then, when I had eyelid surgery, my surgeon recommended the red light therapy to aid in healing. I opted for the whole body treatment. BTW, I got several compliments on my skin, since the red light helps your complexion. There's something for everyone here, from whole body cryotherapy to various IV treatments.
