B12 shot was great...just what I needed to feel better! Can't wait to return!
It may be unfair to give them such a bad review just due to miscommunication and one manager at the front. However, it was extremely irresponsible of her to tell the client that Red Light therapy is good for your eyes if you keep your eyes open! I am so glad I checked. When asked about it, they insisted that the advice was from their nurse? I want to give a good review to the Asian nurse who gave me my IV drip. Very friendly and professional.
Literally the worst medical spa in New York. The black woman at the front who claimed to be the “manager” was not only rude but also gave wrong medical advice to their clients and patients.
This is not a professional establishment and I would be very careful about trying to engage in any business with this place. They do not give open access to your account - you can't see it online and they charge your card without sending any advance notification or receipt. You just have to sort of figure it out. They would not refund excess charges, tried to force me to use credits I couldn't use and were quite nasty about it when I objected.
