I am a long time Restore Client. Come here to relax and recharge. Love the atmosphere and all the staff that works here. Always a positive experience at this location. Staff such as Allie, Melissa, Veronica, and Jessica are super friendly and treat everyone like family. All services are amazing and live up to the hype. Would definitely recommend.
I have been faithfully going to the location in Woodbury for over 2 years. Overall the nurses and staff were amazing. I had a very bad experience with one nurse, jabbed me multiple times, did not listen to me about where my best veins were and just said she can’t find them come back another time. I mentioned it to the Assistant manager over the phone trying to rebook 2 months later and she laughed at me on the phone, completely disregarded my health concerns and essentially ignored the incident as if I was lying. My 13 year old daughter swears by the recovery time. Restore staff is very nice and it is spotless inside.
