I'm not sure where all the positive reviews come from. I got scammed for the monthly package deal of Niacin infusions. The pricing was vague so when I asked what was all included I was told it was 2 /500mg bags with my choice of 2 add ons per week for 4 weeks because I could not do more than 1000mg per week. The first week was fine.
