The staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. The IV insertion was smooth and painless, and the nurse was able to locate a vein immediately. The facility was very clean, and I felt well cared for the entire time.
I’m a high school athlete and I go in for cryo therapy 2x a week after football/track workouts. It really helps me with my lower half including my shin splints and I can go 100% the next day at practice. The workers there are really nice and easy to communicate with.
The new management and staff here are incredible! Justis, Amanda, and Destiny are so friendly and knowledgeable. If you haven’t been to this studio in a few months, it’s worth coming back to check out the vibe! I love red light but I’ve also gotten a few drips and have left feeling so much better. I just started the duality from their skincare line and cannot recommend enough. LOVE this studio so much!!!! I will be a member for life!

Cryo machine is broken again. There's only a nurse on Tuesdays now and there's no available appointments until January. If you don't use your credits in a certain amount of time, you lose them, yet there's nothing you can use them on when there's hardly anything available. I go to get cryo therapy and sometimes a drip. Not sure what I am paying for and there's no one I can even get a hold of from management to discuss this issue as a paying customer for over a year.
