Cryo machine is broken again. There's only a nurse on Tuesdays now and there's no available appointments until January. If you don't use your credits in a certain amount of time, you lose them, yet there's nothing you can use them on when there's hardly anything available. I go to get cryo therapy and sometimes a drip. Not sure what I am paying for and there's no one I can even get a hold of from management to discuss this issue as a paying customer for over a year. Continue to charge me after my membership was cancelled and the managers never respond. They can't keep the nursing staff for IVs there for more than a few months because they're so poorly run, so they have very little availability to provide the services you pay for.
Great place for cryotherapy! S/O to Liz for her awesome customer service and for holding the fort down!
Had so many problems with IVs every single time I came. Had to cancel my membership. Even drove there once for an appointment and was told I couldn’t get an IV that day. I’ve had IVs at many places and I saw the weirdest stuff here.
