I have stopped by to get my NAD shots three times in the past two months, the nurse is never there, the general manager is never there, and they barely answer the calls. I called again today, twice, to speak to the manager it went straight to voicemail. So I stopped by at the store only to find three staff hanging out at the front desk laughing not even 30 after my call. When I asked for a refund the blonde male staff tells me I should call my credit card company to dispute the charge because they will not refund the money. ... read more

I had an amazing experience here today. I feel brand new after 4 full days at Disney! Brendan was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I will definitely be stopping by every time we are in Orlando/Disney!
