Monica is just so lovely. Obviously seeking out pelvic floor PT is not something you do on the brightest of your days, but Monica’s beautiful space and her calm demeanor certainly made the process easier. I am so grateful for how comfortable she made the whole process by explaining everything thoroughly by using pictures and models prior to any body work.
