Fantastic physiotherapy! Natasha was able to resolve my initial pain points and provide an easy to follow exercise plan for me to work on at home and in between sessions. She took the time to understand my ailment, lifestyle and tailored the exercises accordingly. The easy to use app made it simple to keep track of my progress and stay on top of my routine. This isn't a typical tick the boxes physio this is one that listens, cares, and helps you along your journey.
Sabina has been terrific and given me some exercises to follow up. I look forward to our sessions and the continual improvement I am seeing.
I started attending RFP 3 years ago with severe sciatica. Miranda was wonderful and the sciatica was in control after 3 visits. I had an exercise plan to minimise recurrences and Miranda suggested that to keep the sciatica at bay long term, I may benefit from doing Pilates. Together, we developed a recovery plan, and after six months of following his guidance and doing the prescribed exercises, I’m thrilled to say I can run, cycle, and skate again!
