Restore Finance helped me through the complicated process of funding the purchase of a piece of land and its subsequent development. They assisted throughout the process and kept in contact once the build had started to ensure that the relationship between me and the lender ran smoothly. They went above and beyond what I was expecting from a broker putting in lots of time and effort even after they had been paid their commission. There is no other broker I would go to.

I can’t thank RFL enough for sorting the funding out for a property that I had bought pre-auction which I didn’t realise was being bought under auction conditions until I had just 2 weeks left to complete. I was introduced to the team at Restore Finance by my existing broker who had been unable to secure development finance to complete my project of 4 detached houses. The team were able to look at the project from a different angle and secured me funding to complete the properties.
