I can’t say enough good things about Restorative Wellness in Vero Beach. I‘ve been taking yoga classes with them for almost a year and I can say all their yoga teachers are exceptional. Each one brings a unique perspective to yoga and is eager to share that with the class. I have yet to be disappointed. Very recently, I had a personal lesson with Tilly. This was my first time doing yoga so I had no experience at all! I called the same day and asked if I could bring my child and to my surprise they allowed. Keep in mind this is not something I would bring a toddler to however if you have a mature child who can sit quietly, listen to instructions then this would be a great experience to share. Restorative Wellness yoga fills and restores my soul in all the places that need it. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I cannot thank them enough for all that I am learning and for the peace that I leave with, after every class. As a mom still raising children and working full-time, I also love that it is affordable. They offer varying class times with options for any level.
